Description
In the best residential area of Cala d'Or we have built a modern villa with pool by order of the customer. The newly built property is situated on a plot of approx. 1.000 m² in first line to the sea and offers from all rooms a spectacular view to the sea as well as to the harbour entrance of the Marina Cala d'Or.
The modern and functional layout includes on the ground floor a living area, dining area, an open fully equipped kitchen (BORA and GAGGENAU) with cooking island, a small utility room and guest toilet. Between the ground floor and the infinity pool is a partly covered sea view terrace of approx. 150 m².

Location
Cala d'Or, also called the "white village of Mallorca", is so popular because of its contrasts - rugged rocky coastlines and a multitude of dreamlike bathing bays with turquoise blue water embedded in them. The Ibizan architectural style of the houses provides the unique appearance of the place on this island.
Cala d'Or has its own spacious marina and a large selection of bars and excellent restaurants. The Vall d'Or golf course is only a 10 minute drive away.
There are also short distances to many popular towns and villages in the southeast of the island such as Santanyi with its famous market days.
