According to the new legislation, a single-family house may only have a maximum volume of 900 m3 (previously 1,500 m3) and the pool may only have a water surface area of 35 m². In addition, the area that can be built over is reduced to a maximum of 1.5% (previously between 2% and 3%) of the total land area and the area built with structural elements may only be a maximum of 2% (previously between 3% and 4%).
The building project was entered and approved according to the old legislation, which means that the old volumes and square meters can still be realized.
