Description
On the 16.550 m² large, quietly located plot with beautiful views of Ses Salines we build a country house with pool on behalf of a customer. The living/usable area is about 260 m² and is distributed on two levels.
The first floor consists of a large, open living/dining area with fireplace and integrated, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island. The partly covered terrace in front of the kitchen offers a beautiful view of the nature and Ses Salines. Furthermore, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, a guest toilet and the technical room. The upper floor has a master bedroom with bathroom en suite (shower and separate bathtub) and a small terrace with beautiful views of nature. The garden is Mediterranean landscaped and automatically irrigated. The pool with waterfall is 12 x 4 meters and is treated with salt. Pool heating is prepared. A covered barbecue was created on the pool terrace.
Built to the highest standard using the best materials in combination with traditional Mallorcan elements. Other features include marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, Sonos music system, alarm system, Carport and many other details.
There is also the possibility of extending the house to include a fourth, spacious bedroom with bathroom. The architect has already drawn up plans for this.
Location
Ses Salines is a municipality located in one of the most beautiful areas of southeast Mallorca and is very close to the 'Cap de Ses Salines', the southernmost tip of the island. Ses Salines is predominantly residential and has retained much of its original charm. Here you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The beautiful, kilometer-long natural beach Es Trenc as well as the wonderful bathing bays Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards and the beaches Cala Mondragó, S'Amarador, Coló des Moro or Cala s'Almunia are quickly reached.
Also the exclusive marina of Cala d'Or and the challenging golf course of Vall d'Or, which offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, can be reached within a few minutes by car.
