Manacor is the third largest municipality on the island of Mallorca and is located in the east of the Balearic island and is also the economic center of the eastern part of the island. The country house was built just 3 km from the international and very well-known Rafael Nadal Academy. The tennis academy built by Rafael Nadal is a modern, international school (kindergarten, elementary school, high school, boarding school according to the British school system) and one of the most modern fitness centers in Europe. Manacor also has an attractive town center with many historic churches, cafés and restaurants.
