MONTEMAR has acquired the rural and quietly situated plot of 14.300 m² near Es Llombards. The surrounding area is also known, among other things, for its excellent bathing facilities. The wonderful beaches or bays like Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, S'Amarador or Cala Santanyí attract with turquoise water and picturesque sunsets.
Cala d'Or with its exclusive marina and the long harbour promenade with countless restaurants, cafés and bars as well as the excellent Vall d'Or golf course, which offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, are also within a few minutes' drive.
