We are planning to build a townhouse with a pool in the center of Santanyi, located in Calle Conselacio no. 9. Construction has already begun. Completion is scheduled for fall 2026.

The property is 226 m² in size. The living/usable area will be approximately 350 m². This is spread over 3 floors, connected by an elevator and staircase.

The ground floor will consist of an entrance area, guest toilet, utility room, a large living/dining area with integrated fully equipped kitchen with cooking island (Bora, Miele appliances), and a garage.
