Description
On a plot of about 26.200 m² the construction of a spacious single-family house (about 420 m² living and usable area) with pool is planned. The plot is located between Santanyi and Cas Concos and offers a beautiful panoramic view over Campos away to the Tramuntana.
For your information: In May 2020, the government of the island of Mallorca imposed restrictions on the development of rural land in new building applications. According to the new legislation, a single-family house may only have a maximum volume of 900 m3 (previously 1.500 m3) and the pool may only have a water surface area of 35 m². In addition, the area that can be built over is reduced to a maximum of 1,5 % (previously between 2 % and 3 %) of the total land area and the area built over with structural elements can now only be a maximum of 2 % (previously between 3 % and 4 %).
The building project was submitted and approved according to the old legislation, which means that the old volumes and square metres can still be realised.
