Description
On this approximately 20.500 m² large rural plot we have built a new single-family home with pool on behalf of a client. The property is located in the municipality of Santanyí and offers beautiful views of the Mallorcan landscape.
On approximately 300 m² of living and usable space on two levels are three bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, a guest toilet, a salon and many beautiful terrace areas. In the covered outdoor area a brick barbecue with summer kitchen was created. The pool has a size of 63 m².
Location
Santanyí is a village with a historic center and a very diverse cultural offer. The village center consists of the main square, Plaza Mayor with beautiful church buildings, old town houses, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are numerous stores, boutiques, banks and galleries. Culturally, Santanyí offers an extensive program with its exhibitions, concerts and theater evenings. Particularly nice is also the weekly market, which runs every Wednesday and Saturday with its varied stalls throughout the village center.
In the immediate vicinity of the village there are wonderful bathing bays; Cala Santanyí is only about 5 minutes away from the village, the beaches Cala Mondragó and Cala Llombards and the romantic fishing port Porto Petro only about 10 minutes.
Palma and the international airport can be reached in only 45 minutes, the 18-hole golf course Vall d'Or in about 15 minutes.
