This in a modern design created villa has been built on an 800M2 plot, completely reformed with latest technology and installations. The useable area is 230m². Location

This complete new Villa resides at first line on top of the cliffs in Cala Santanyi, one of the prominent locations at the south east coast from Mallorca. The view reaches over the coast and the sea till the Rock monument "Es Pontas", created by waves, wind and sea.
